En el año 2015, el Municipio de Orizaba, fue nombrado Pueblo Mágico, por tal motivo la Jefatura de Imagen Urbana, además de encargarse de mantener la imagen visual, ahora debe trabajar en destacar el estilo e identidad del Municipio para armonizar y adecuar las necesidades cotidianas de su dinámica, observando el promover, respetar, proteger y garantizar los derechos urbanos fundamentales.
