★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar cuenta con elevador y los baños están limpios, además respetan dentro de las instalaciones las medidas de sanidad como la sana distancia, los vitrales son muy bonitos frente a la escalera principal y los murales de azulejos son arte.
The place has an elevator and the bathrooms are clean, in addition they respect sanitary measures such as healthy distance within the facilities, the stained glass windows are very beautiful in front of the main staircase and the tile murals are art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi al registro civil para darle seguimiento a la inscripción de una nota al margen de mi acta de nacimiento y la sra que me atendió aparte de que no pone atención a lo que le pedía y darme una solución distinta a la que le solicité se indigno tomando una actitud infantil y me dejó ahí esperando en la ventanilla

A mi vecina la amenazaron en su tienda, y los delincuentes se pasean y cometen sus delitos de manera abierta. Sabemos quienes son, pero las autoridades no hacen nada para solucionarlo. Solicitamos ayuda, la situación es grave.
They promise security, and it is not true. Here, in Rancho Santa Lucía, insecurity increases every day. They are stealing cars and breaking into houses. My neighbor was threatened in her shop, and criminals hang out and commit their crimes openly. We know who they are, but the authorities do nothing to fix it. We ask for help, the situation is serious.
