★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio que alberga las oficinas de la Administración Publica Municipal, construcción de estilo ecléctico porfiriano de cantera rosa en su totalidad, mandado a construir por el General Porfirio Díaz Mori en el año de 1907 para conmemorar Primer Centenario de la Independencia de México en 1910, consta de dos cuerpos que muestran símbolos precisos del Gobierno del General Díaz, en la parte superior remata un frontón arqueado con acroteras en forma de copones como símbolo de victoria, decorando este se encuentra el friso mas emblemático de las culturas zapoteca y mixteca, la Cabeza de la Princesa Donají rodeada de hojas de olivo y laurel, en la parte inferior decorando el eje axial del edificio se encuentra la Primera alegoría de la Republica Federal el Escudo Nacional, el General Díaz ordenó que el águila apareciera de frente y con las alas extendidas devorando a la serpiente y posada sobre un nopal, la diferencia fue que el águila aparece rodeada con una corona de laureles semicerrada como símbolo de triunfo mirando a lado izquierdo pues recordemos que Porfirio Díaz fue un Liberal.
