Edit. La atención del registro civil del 2021 es deficiente, tardamos casi tres horas esperando solo por una firma. Se va el internet y no tienen un respaldo para brindar atención. Cobran como quieren, no brindan buena atención.
 Civil registry: Fortino Ramirez, Public Works, presidency, trustee, secretary, councilor, payment of services: Water, Property, etc.
Edit. The care of the civil registry of 2021 is deficient, we spent almost three hours waiting only for a signature. The internet is gone and they don't have a backup to provide care. They charge as they want, they do not provide good care.
