★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda alguna excelente lugar para ver luciernagas, la mejor experiencia es ir al inicio de la temporada que es en el mes de Julio, tienen buenos paquetes, te incluyen desayuno, puedes acampar sin problema alguno. Vale la pna, lo recomiendo mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito, el detalle es que en esta parte del bosque en la que se encuentra ubicada la palagana no se ven muchas Luciernagas, por este motivo no se aprecia completamente la experiencia que se está esperando.
En cuanto al recorrido el personal es muy atentamento y te cuidan para que no te accidentes en la obscuridad

No hay un santuario de luciérnagas, te cobran 200 por recorrer un potrero, ni siquiera están en el bosque, no hay luciérnagas, fuimos en un día que ni siquiera llovió, el guía dijo que la publicidad era solo photoshop. Nos cancelaron la reserva de la cabaña y nos mandaron a un hotelucho del pueblo. Los baños apestan. sólo hay tres cabañas. Pésima experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la visita a este lugar fue agradable la zona de acampar es buena que ofrece servicio sanitario básico aún que la seguridad es poca o escasa,desafortunadamente faltó que la gente encargada de las actividades o el lugar ofreciera más detalles de las actividades que se podían realizar en el sitio y cumpliera con lo prometido en su página al 100% el tiempo de avistiento y recorrido fueron muy cortos por lo que no hay mucho tiempo de disfrutar el espectáculo que brindan estos insectos durante la noche.

Se encuentra a dos horas de la ciudad de México, a veinte minutos de la capital de Tlaxcala y a casi una hora de Apizaco.

Es un municipio muy visitado durante los meses de junio a agosto, ya que en estas fechas hay un gran espectáculo natural, que es el avistamiento de las luciérnagas.
Y nanacamilpa es el lugar idoneo para hospedarse un par de días
Cuenta con una gran variedad de hospedaje, en su mayoría son casas adaptadas como pequeños hoteles
Pero también hay hoteles como tal.
Pero, el detalle es que no hay mucha variedad en precios, ya que estos oscilan entre los 800 y 1600 pesos, dependiendo del lugar.
La mayoría de los hospedajes ofrecen la visita a alguno de los muchos lugares de avistamiento de luciérnagas con un costo aproximado de $300 pesos.
En lo personal yo recomiendo piedra CANTEADA, para hacer el avistamiento, considerando que este es uno de los dos mejores.
Si tu interés es hacer el avistamiento no busques turoperadores, haslo por propia cuenta, es más barato ya que estos son solo intermediarios.
En este municipio hay muchos servios y tiendas de conveniencia. No necesitas llevar víveres o bebidas, encontrarás de todo.
