★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca nos atendieron, fui de vacaciones, nos ignoraron el 14 de Febrero a las 2:30 pm. bello restaurant, pesimos los empleados. Ni agua nos dieron, pedia ayuda y nada, nos tuvimos que ir sin comer nada.
Horrible service such a nice restaurant deserves a quality service. We had to leave the place because they never take care of us. I kept literally begging to be helped. We just ate at la Torrada, a lot better service.
 They never attended to us, I went on vacation, they ignored us on February 14 at 2:30 pm. beautiful restaurant, we regret the employees. They didn't even give us water, I asked for help and nothing, we had to leave without eating anything.

Lo que me causó ruido fue que el momento de pagar le dije que agregara el 15% de la cuenta y me dijo que si le podía dar más porque les rebajaban mucho al momento de pagar con tarjeta; yo trabajo en el área de servicios y restaurantes y sé que eso es falso, si es que lo están haciendo deberían de dejar de hacerlo y pagarles las propinas a los meseros íntegras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó este Palax, sin duda volveré el menú al parecer es el mismo pero el sitio está muy bonito, mesas y sillas muy cómodas y la atención muy buena. La comida excelente sabor y presentación. También puedes optar por comer en la terraza con una vista muy bonita. El estacionamiento hasta ahora no tiene costo así que ese es otro plus. Muy recomendable ????
I loved this Palax, I will definitely return, the menu seems to be the same but the place is very nice, very comfortable tables and chairs and very good service. The food excellent taste and presentation. You can also choose to eat on the terrace with a very nice view. Parking is free so far so that's another plus. Highly recommended ????

Está compuesto por solo dos tipos de fruta papaya o melón, solo tienen jugo de naranja que es una mezcla de jugo natural y artificial, los guisados que tienen disponibles son solo tres: chilaquiles, huevo revuelto y cerdo en salsa verde, así se repite toda la semana.
La higiene del lugar también es cuestionable las mesas están sucias, no las limpian entre comensales la barra de alimentos está toda escurrida y si algún alimento se termina dejan ahí la charola vacía.
