Lugar para una ocasión especial. El chef muy atento y te sientes como en casa.
Good food, personalized attention. It is a world when entering the restaurant. I would never imagine finding the quality of that restaurant in the area.
Place for a special occasion. The chef very attentive and you feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajamos hasta el lugar por qué nos guiamos por su horario de servicio y por sus redes sociales, ya que no informaron nada, de que no iban a laborar casi 2 semanas, en ningún de sus números contestaron ni por whats app ni por llamada, pese a que está en una zona super insegura y fuimos tarde ! Dudo que un establecimiento formal o profesional haga eso con sus clientes y más teniendo a la mano las redes sociales en cualquier momento. Creo que no hay excusa para el año en el que estamos.
We traveled to the place because we were guided by their service hours and by their social networks, since they did not report anything, that they were not going to work for almost 2 weeks, in none of their numbers they answered neither by whats app nor by call, despite because it is in a super insecure area and we went late! I doubt that a formal or professional establishment would do that with its clients and even more so with social networks at hand at any time. I think there is no excuse for the year we are in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy acogedor, con precios accesibles,pequeño pero mesas muy cómodas,la calle no es agradable así que al instante de entrar te transportas de inmediato,un trato muy amable por parte de los meseros y del chef que sale a preguntar si fue de tu agrado, hasta ahora he probado la lasagna servida calientita y muy rica me atrevo a decir que con mejor sabor que el italiannis $127, la pechuga parmesana (pechuga parmigiano ) viene con pasta y brócoli al vapor también de buen sabor$179,los ravioles de pollo son ricos$128, de postres el tiramisú es muy rico tiene kalua,ron,y nada empalagoso y puedes compartir, super recomendable,el cheescake de queso es bueno,de bebidas las sodas italianas son de buen tamaño,ricas y refrescantes, en el menú puedes encontrar desde ensaladas,pastas,pizzas,opciones veganas,un tipo de sopa que he oído que está muy rica y mas postres como el gelato, solo recomiendo si vas a pagar con tarjeta verificar antes que sirva la terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I visited Palazzo about a week ago. We traveled from the United States to Mexico and asked around for good restaurants by the area. We were recommended here and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and affordable. The decor and interior were elegant and appealing to the eye. It was as if you were in a different world when you entered. The service was also excellent and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who loves a fine dining experience.
