La calificación puede mejorar si abrieran más tiendas en el aeropuerto y que dejarán entrar los taxis .Porque los pocos que tienen tardan mucho y son bien careros y otra cosa que el avión te baja lejos de la entrada del aeropuerto y con la calor que hace casi uno se desmaya para llegar ala sombra.

El personal que realiza funciones de seguridad exagera en la aplicación de medidas, además de que no conocen las reglas básicas para garantizar la seguridad, ni cuentan con las herramientas necesarias. El personal de seguridad no sabe que es lo que cuida, las instalaciones, a los pasajeros o a ellos mismos. Proporcionar seguridad no significa solamente prohibir el paso porque así se les ocurrió o porque les dio la gana. Expongo lo siguiente: Llegó mi familia en un vuelo, uno de mis hijos se emocionó al verme y corrió hacia mi, al momento de llegar a donde estaban dos pseudo guardias de seguridad, en la salida de donde se recoge el equipaje, estas pseudo guardias lo detuvieron, diciéndole que no podía pasar (algo Ilógico e incoherente); otro de mis hijos también corrió hacia mi y no hizo caso de la indicación que le hicieron las guardias, me abrazó y quiso regresar con su madre, ya que traían algunas maletas, pero las guardias le dijeron que ya no podía pasar (algo tonto). Eso no pasó solo conmigo sino también con otras familias, en casos similares. Además no creo que sea la primera vez. En la salida que menciono no hay ninguna indicación de que una vez que salgan los pasajeros no pueden regresar. Solución: instalen puertas, igual que en otros aeropuertos "INTERNACIONALES", para que los pasajeros que arriben vean a sus familiares y/o amigos que los esperan hasta que salgan con su equipaje. Los niños no entienden esas cosas de seguridad y actúan por instinto, emocionados. Sin embargo, esas Guardias imponen su supuesta autoridad, prohibiendo el paso solo porque en el suelo hay una línea. Alguien de la administración del aeropuerto haga algo por favor, impongan reglas factibles y coherentes, empleando personal capacitado, no aprendices y/o principiantes, que no tienen idea de lo que hacen; o bien, utilicen herramientas tecnológicas actuales para establecer mecanismos funcionales y prácticos. Por cierto, deberían tener sitio web, es un aeropuerto internacional señores.

Free wifi, small supermarket, cafe-restaurant (normal or cheaper price), Free WC (really clean!) and AC!!!!!!!! I paid 150 MXS for taxi from ADO Station to the airport :)

No international flights. No food or drinks that are safe, except the bottle of water given at (the very slow) check-in and immediately removed at the security. No water after security. At least it is clean, which compared to the city is brilliant.
