Entregaron hamburguesas que no eran las usuales de arrachera; tenían una consistencia y color claro como pollo, normalmente eran tiras de carne de buen sabor.
Regresamos a devolverlas y la persona con mala actitud y a la defensiva, ofreció inmediatamente la devolución del dinero para librarse del problema.
Honestamente hubiera preferido que nos ofrecieran algún otro alimento del menú o por lo menos un trato más amable, en vez de desacreditar la opinión del cliente.
NO RECOMENDADO!
After being consume on several occasions, disappointed in the poor treatment we received.
They delivered hamburgers that were not the usual flank steak; they were light in consistency and color like chicken, usually good tasting strips of meat.
We returned to return them and the person with a bad attitude and on the defensive, immediately offered the money back to get rid of the problem.
Honestly, I would have preferred that they offer us some other food on the menu or at least a more friendly treatment, instead of discrediting the opinion of the customer.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
