★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si la paleteria de sucursal de mariano riapalacio en toluca sea el mismo propietaro no encuentro su ubicacion , pero fue muy desagradable ir, fui con mi mama e iba a pagar con monedas de 1 y 2 pesos y me tarde para contar fue el dia 8 de este mes alas 7:40 aprox y una sra. Le dice a otra mira para que entra si no le alcanza y solo nos quita el tiempo y yo la escuche y le pregunte porque se expresaba asi de mi y en lugar de pedir una disculpa me ofendio y mi mama se dio cuenta y entro le quiso explicar que asi le pagaran con monedas de 50 centavos ella tenia que recibirlos, no le permitio hablar a mi mama porque esa sra, era tan agresiva que gritaba furiosa y no escuchaba, es lamentable que esta persona es la imagen de ese negocio tenga este comportamiento.
Es importante que el dueño hable con ella y le haga entender lo importante que es atenden con amabilidad y respeto a los clientes y que no debe ponerse al tu por tu con un cliente, porque aun siendo un negocio pequeño debemos dar buena imagen; otra cosa si el dueño no acepta monedas de esa denominacion que lo especifique , otra molestia de las sras. Fue porque llegamos a la hora que ya casi cerraban y ya habian hecho su limpieza o su corte y ya no querian atender y nos recibieron en primera dandonos la espalda e ignorandonos le especifico la hora y el dia por si tiene camaras vea su comportamiento de esa empleada
