★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargué un pastel, me lo entregaron con retraso, y más pequeño porque "no infló bien". Insistieron en querer vendérmelo con un pequeño descuento cuando el pastel estaba claramente mal hecho.
Los pasteles son muy ricos pero me dio la impresión del poco profesionalismo y la falta de respeto al cliente por pensar que al final compraremos lo que se les da la gana ofrecer.
I ordered a cake, it was delivered late, and smaller because it "did not puff well." They insisted on wanting to sell it to me at a small discount when the cake was clearly poorly done.
The cakes are very rich but it gave me the impression of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for the customer for thinking that in the end we will buy what they want to offer.
