Quito una estrella por la atención recibida en primera instancia. Cómo si les pesara atenderte. La señora que tocó que nos atendiera, super amable e incluso mientras despacho nuestro pedido guardo todas las nieves ya servidas en el refri para que no se derritieran mientras seguían tomandonos el pedido. Pero ya van más de 3 veces que voy por un antojo de un biónico o algo similar y pues pésimo el servicio cuando está lleno, la última vez ya llevaba 15 minutos esperando a que me hablaran para saber que iba a pedir, no esperé más y mejor me fui adelante de mi había 2 personas, 2 personas que en 15 minutos no pudieron atender, no entiendo qué sucede en realidad, si las máquinas fallan cuando hay "mucha" gente o si los empleados trabajan a medio gas, no sé, sí volvería pero a una hora poca concurrida, le doy dos estrellas por esas 3 veces que en 15 minutos no pudieron atender a 2/3 personas antes de mi.
