★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 de marzo de 2021. Solo entra una persona y eso está bien, pero absolutamente todos los que te atienden lo hacen de muy mala gana. Los helados no me gustaron, súper dulces y los de leche chiclosos. Me cobraron unas papas con queso y después de 10 minutos de espera me entregan unas papas sin queso porque no tenían y no me devolvieron lo que pagué porque obvio después de tanto tiempo ya había tirado el ticket. Y en todo momento súper groseros todos. El dueño debería evaluar si realmente vale la pena seguir invirtiendo en un lugar que dada la situación no creo que esté dejando dinero. Seguro hace un esfuerzo grande por mantener esta fuente de trabajo para trabajadores que no valoran en absoluto y no les importa que el lugar prospere. El supervisor no tan mal, pero le falta mucha mejor actitud de servicio.
March 12, 2021. Only one person comes in and that's fine, but absolutely everyone who treats you does it very reluctantly. I didn't like the ice creams, they were super sweet and the milk ones were chewy. They charged me some potatoes with cheese and after 10 minutes of waiting they gave me some potatoes without cheese because they did not have them and they did not refund what I paid because obviously after so long I had already thrown the ticket. And at all times super rude everyone. The owner should evaluate if it is really worth continuing to invest in a place that, given the situation, I do not think is leaving money. It sure goes a long way to maintain this source of work for workers who do not value at all and do not care that the place prospers. The supervisor not too bad, but lacks much better service attitude.
