Hace poco compre un agua y sabía muy extraña, le comunicó a la señora, abre mi vaso y me dice: la voy a probar porque no le creo.
JAJA
Total, saca un vasito, la prueban ella y su compañero (el señor delgado)ambos coinciden en que está perfecta.
1. No sabía bien.
2. No tenía sentido que la probarán porque aunque a ellos les sepa bien lo que importa es que a mi no.
Era tan sencillo como :ah, disculpe, lo vamos a checar.
Anyway, les propuse un cambio de sabor o reembolso, solo le había dado un trago.
Me dijeron : es que ya la probaste, no podemos hacer nada.
¿Cómo compruebo su sabor sin tomarle?
Ya había pasado un incidente antes, hace un año aprox. estaba comiendo un cono de chocochips en la banca que tienen afuera, a la mitad me apareció un pedazo de uña, le comenté a la señora y me dijo que era imposible, que seguro era mia JAJA le mostre mis uñas (tipo están completas, obvio no es mía) le dije que osea no cargo uñas por ahí para desprestigiar o algo, esa vez del asco no queria cambio (no pedí reembolso, porque ya habia comido la mitad y el agua fue solo un sorbo) sólo le pedí que tuvieran cuidado e higiene y me fui.
Finalmente un error o accidente se pasa y se entiende, LA TERRIBLE ACTITUD Y TRATO AL CLIENTE NO.

La atención de la vendedora fue buena y tienen unas banquitas afuera para que los comensales que gusten puedan sentarse a disfrutar de su helado, nieve, paleta o agua favorita. Lo malo es el aumento de precios, pero eso es en todas las neverías-paleterías. En este caso valió la pena pagar $40 por un doble.
