Palladium PUNTA MITA - 63727 San Vicente

Spent my birthday at Palladium and this was the best decision I have ever made. From the friendly staff to the entertainment every night, everything was amazing. With out a doubt I will be back and will tell everyone about my stay at this wonderful resort.

Cheated into paying extra £500 for a balcony we can both sit on, no view though! TUI no help here so far. Treated like second class citizens after the influx of Canadians. Hotel too far away for trips, taxis expensive. Don't come here food appalling. Maintenance had to fix toilet door, broken fridge, lock on room door broken...! Walls so thin people talking is loud. Bring earplugs you will need them. You can hear people in the toilet!!!! Beach OK, pools tiny, no room to sit round them, sunbeds old and so saggy you can feel the bars underneath them. Cant wait to go home.

The Grand Palladium was an amazing resort to stay at for the week we were there in January. The food: The main buffet was my personal favorite place to get breakfast, lunch and dinner since there is so much to chose from with it changing every day. The Staff: All of the staff from the greeters at the front enterence to the bar tenders to the house keepers are always so kind. Every single one of them greeted you as you passed by and were always happy to help us with anything we needed. The pools and beach are all kept extremly clean with the pool areas being washed top to bottom every night and the beaches were raked every morning keeping them free of debres. Waking up early in the morning to walk down the beach along the ocean and watch the sunrise is a must. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi in the rooms was very weak but was great eveywhere else on the resort. Can't wait to go back and do it all over again.

Was a great experience. Found food to be lacking buffet wise (Same stuff over and over/not very tasty/hard to find a place to eat in between hours) Room servic and themed resteurants was really good so that was a plus.Adult Pool was our favorite place to hangout.They had the best serving staff as well as the sports lounge and disco! Disco was a blast every night.Was upset that the themed party nights weren't on the beach like the Mayan Rivera. The other palladium has better accessibility for those with mobility issues/ better food/way larger.

The staff here are amazing and accomplished individuals....

I always find it exciting. We had a eclipse a few days ago and the tie was very low which allowed us to seek more sea life caught in rocks or puddles. Plus a beautiful ?.

Good deal and great staff. Infinity pool is awesome, and they have all inclusive surf boards, drinks, food... wasn't even looking for this place when we found it and stayed a week.
