We came on a Tuesday evening... there was a fairly long que to get in but it did go down pretty quick! There were taco trucks, coffee truck, ice cream trucks, asian food...so many options! We went for the Mediterranean truck, Feta Morgana. I ordered the Moroccan Chicken pita, the chicken was so tender! Great price too! You order at your chosen food stall/truck and they'll bring it to you. Drinks can be ordered seperately. There was a band playing (not sure if this is just on Tuesdays) but people were dancing and it was a great atmosphere! Note we had to wear a mask to get in but otherwise once in, we didnt need to wear it.

Last night we only tried to Asian food truck and the food was fantastic. Everything was super tasty we really enjoyed the salad and the pad Thai. There is even a full service bar that they come to your table to serve you. The place was very busy yesterday there was a live band playa music. There is even an area for kids to play while the parents enjoy their meal. Palma central is a great place for either families or for friends to gather and have a couple drinks and try different food. The prices were also very fair specially for tulum!

Outdoor park calls for outdoor seating with servers coming around for drinks or you can order from their one bar. Tuesday was salsa night which was a vibe and overall service was good too.
