★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SON LADRONES NO COMPREN, OFRECEN MUCHO NO HAY GARANTÍA, TE DEJAN SIN DINERO Y SIN APOYO, SE BURLAN DE TI. 3a o 4 a vez que roban a los clientes y desaparecen ya saben hacerlo y cambian de nombre siguen siendo los mismos; lo sabes hasta que compras y estás en problemas
 THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY DO NOT BUY, THEY OFFER A LOT, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE, THEY LEAVE YOU WITHOUT MONEY AND WITHOUT SUPPORT, THEY MAKE FUN OF YOU. 3rd or 4th time they rob customers and disappear, they already know how to do it and change their name, they remain the same; you know until you buy and you're in trouble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugerencia, no compren aquí, no hay agua, no dan Carta de Habitabilidad y sin esta carta no pueden realizar el contrato en Jumapa, llevo mas de 2 años peleando con la constructora e inmobiliaria y no dan la cara y puras excusas...es un problema estar comprando pipas de agua. Es un martirio batallar para conseguir el Contrato con JUMAPA...No Compren aquí...!! Actualizado al 15 de Enero del 2020.
Suggestion, do not buy here, there is no water, they do not give Habitability Letter and without this letter they cannot make the contract in Jumapa, I have been fighting with the construction and real estate company for more than 2 years and they do not give the face and pure excuses ... A problem being buying water pipes. It is a martyrdom to struggle to get the Contract with JUMAPA ... Do not buy here ... !! Updated to January 15, 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen permisos de jumapa y no puedes hacer tu contrato...esto te lo ocultan y tienes que comprar tus pipas de agua.
They don't have jumapa permits and you can't make your contract ... they hide this from you and you have to buy your water pipes.
