★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para ir a disfrutar de mar, sol, arena y probar la gastronomía local que se prepara con mariscos frescos que los mismos pescadores locales obtienen del mar y esteros. Ostiones, pescado, camarón entre otros.
Excellent place to go to enjoy sea, sun, sand and taste the local cuisine prepared with fresh seafood that the same local fishermen get from the sea and estuaries. Oysters, fish, shrimp among others.

Es una localidad del municipio de Santiago Ixcuintla, Nayarit. Es una de las playas vírgenes del estado de Nayarit con una altitud de apenas 5 msnm, en el lugar se encuentran los famosos centros botaneros a la orilla de la playa, además de ser un poblado muy tranquilo y hospitalario.
Tiene una pequeña población de 1,410 habitantes (censo de 2000), Su población se dedica mayoritariamente a la pesca de mero, camarón, róbalo y constantino; y a la captura de camarón de estero, ostión de piedra y ostión de placer.
En este lugar se encuentra una de las playas más largas de México.
Para llegar a esta localidad en carro es necesario tomar la carretera a novillero y justo antes de estar en novillero esta un crucero que nos conduce hasta el poblado, podemos ir viendo un hermoso paisaje lleno de palmeras y una que otra casa de campo, aquí te comparto una de las fotos que puedes deleitarte antes de llegar a la localidad.

Palmar de Cuautla
It is a town in the municipality of Santiago Ixcuintla, Nayarit. It is one of the virgin beaches in the state of Nayarit with an altitude of just 5 meters above sea level, in the place are the famous botanero centers on the shore of the beach, in addition to being a very quiet and hospitable town.
It has a small population of 1,410 inhabitants (2000 census). Its population is mainly dedicated to fishing for grouper, shrimp, snook and constantine; and the capture of estuary shrimp, stone oyster and pleasure oyster.
In this place is one of the longest beaches in Mexico.
To get to this town by car it is necessary to take the road to Novillero and just before being in Novillero there is a cruise that leads us to the town, we can see a beautiful landscape full of palm trees and the occasional country house, here you I share one of the photos that you can enjoy before reaching the town.
