Pero deberian tener cuidado con quien dejan de administradores de los fraccionamientos ya que la administradora Miriam Quintana me rentó el D104 de Palma Mexicana confié al ser la administradora del fraccionamiento y hubo una averia en el tinaco y me dijo muchas veces que no me preocupara que se haria cargo Sylvia la dueña o Carlos el de mantenimiento pero nada mas salir de la casa me bloqueó y ya no me devolvieron mi deposito por la perdida de agua que nada tenia que ver conmigo!!! y de la cual avisé!!! Me engañaron como boba!!! No confien sea quien sea y exijan contrato al rentar aqui que no les pase lo que a mi!!!! The beautiful place and the super neighbors!!! Tengo un reclamo por garantía desde el año pasado vía mail por una cuarteadura en una pared sigo esperando a que me atiendan. Las casas se le caen los pedazos en las fachadas, sino visiten la privada de postventa. Dejaron un "parque recreativo" a medias, lleno de cascajo y basura. Solo basta googlear "palmas turquesa residencial" para ver las reseñas reales de gente que hemos comprado y sido estafados. Low-quality building materials and facilities. Terrible and very poor after-sales service. They left a half "recreational park" full of gravel and garbage. Sólo corroboren que las normas de convivencia estén claras para todos los inquilinos. Un anciano salió a reclamarnos que porqué teníamos a nuestra mascota si se supone el lugar permite mascotas.
