Cuenta con alberca, chapodeadero, área de golfito, Jacuzzi, Palapas, asadores de gas, área de ejercicio, salon (pequeño) para eventos, y más. Cuenta con acceso de seguridad principal y accesos a los diferentes complejos en los cuales encontrarás diferentes amenidades. Es un ambiente muy familiar aunque también se acomoda bastante bien para reuniones con amigos. La gente es muy respetuosa y hay muchos extranjeros que lo prefieren por su seguridad. En cuanto a precios varía si es casa o departamento, y debes preguntar a cada anfitrión por el precio. Aunque, debo decir que vale mucho la pena si te quedas varios días, pues esta MUY CERCA de playa Cerritos, y hasta puedes ir caminando. En la esquina está un Farmacias del Guadalajara que lo hace muy conveniente para comprar tu comida o cualquier cosa que se te haya olvidado, de hecho puedes no llevar ciertas cosas para mejor compararlas ahí y así ahorrar en el equipaje. De las desventajas es que no hay muchos restaurantes cerca, casi todos los comercios - aunque están cerca - debes ir en carro. Pero piénsalo tienes a 10 minutos el Walmart, una plaza completa, Restaurantes, La Marina, y la salida a Carretera. Si traes carro, es muy conveniente. Palmilla Grand Residencial is an area of houses and apartments in Cerritos, Mazatlan where you can find amenities for all ages and security for you and your loved ones. It has a pool, wading pool, golf area, Jacuzzi, palapas, gas grills, exercise area, a (small) room for events, and more. It has main security access and access to the different complexes in which you will find different amenities. A	Ashley Orellana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice area but it's a very picky place they don't allow music late at night, and the people there are sort of fragile but the condo itself was nice but they didn't exactly clean it well when we got there

Not good for long term renters if you want a peaceful living area. Avoid renting in areas around the pool unless you want disturbing adults at nighr and screaming children in the morning.
