Nice place but don't book tours with them. They use Easy Tours. Terrible tour and the hotel over charges and the tour is bad. Otherwise the hotel is good (clean, good service, decent breakfast at nearby sister hotel).

Super clean place, with nice kitchen and bedroom. Shower is also ok (very European). Small cosy lobby. Personal very friendly and helpful. Pool is not for swimmers but who needs that when the Caribbean beach is near (actually in Tulum not possible to use the beaches but dirección Playa del Carmen). The garden is full of little shy geckos. Problem I see is the fact that you have to walk to blocks from there to get your breakfast in another hotel. Not nice in rainy days. It can be loud in the mornings because the bedrooms are on the street side and the hole building behind a main Street near to a big cross. Wednesdays is "ticada" night for many Mexican neighborhoods so be prepared because that's a judge loud music sound...

Amazing hotel. Spacious rooms, great location (middle of Tulum), and a steal at this price. One problem - higher floor rooms have a weak Wifi signal, but there is a very comfy lobby area and pool deck to use it if you need to. Highly recommend

My husband and me had our honey moon holiday in Tulum few weeks ago and it was the best holiday ever. Also it was the first time we left Europe and we been so surprised how friendly and nice Mexican people are. Our hotel was amazing, very well organised, clean and tidy. We would like to say so many nice words about Fabian and Luis they were so helpful, polite and friendly very well speak in English. Cleaners were tidy up our room every day with a lots of love and nice attitude. My husband had his birthday so they decorated our room with balloons and also they did a cake from the towels :) - was amazing and unforgettable. The El Paraiso beach which belongs to our hotel is also beautiful - very clean, lovely food, massages and good prices but is a bit more then 4.3km is about 8km from the hotel. We were going there by Tulum taxi about 10 min it was cost 100 pesos which is good. The Tulum high street just on the corner with plenty of restaurants and shops also the supermarket Chedraui just about 10 min walk. They could improve the internet, sometimes didn't work properly but for us was absolutely fine. If you are travelers we would like to suggest to use service of Mexico Kan Tours ( the office in Tulum's high street) - they are doing amazing trips, you will pay a bit more but the quality is perfect. In general our holiday was soooo nice and we wish to the company all the best in the future, success , healthy and friendly team. Thank you for a nice stay and safety. Very good hotel. The room we had was very spacious and comfy, we had every thing we needed. The breakfast is good as well. It can be a bit noisy sometime as it is located next to the main Tulum street.

Stayed here 5 nights and had a lovely time. Large, clean rooms with a kicthen and balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. A good breakfast buffet is included at Elements, 2 blocks away, from 8-11AM. There's a pool with a shallow and deep area. It's close to a grocery store and restaurants but not on the main tourist strip. The ruins are an easy bike ride away. We took quick cab rides to the beach and a couple of cenotes. They offer bikes but we rented from elsewhere as we wanted ones with kid's seats. Would stay here again if we go back!

Great place to relax in Tulum downtown. Rooms are super clean. Amazing staff. Oscar goes beyond his work to help you out. Thank you Oscar. The only thing is that you have to go to another hotel to have breakfast, but it is only two blocks away. Highly recommended.

Very nice, spacious and impeccably clean. The security roll up shutters on the windows are a very good idea too. If you don't mind being a distance from the beach, then it's perfect. Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.
