★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible las construcciones mala calidad de materiales y el diseño interior.... no manchen horrible apagadores donde no van, humedad por falta de respiraderos, mal olores en los baños se regresa el olor por tuberías. La impermeabilización deprimentemente pobre se mina el agua por todas las esquinas y ni se diga el patio parece que aquí era antes un vertedero de escombros basura plásticos... que pena tan buen proyecto y carísimas 2 millones de pesos no me arrepiento de todo corazón
Horrible constructions, poor quality materials and interior design .... horrible dampers don't stain where they don't go, humidity due to lack of vents, bad smells in the bathrooms the smell comes back through pipes. The depressingly poor waterproofing undermines water from all corners and let alone the patio, it seems that here was once a rubbish dump for plastic garbage ... what a shame such a good project and very expensive 2 million pesos I do not regret with all my heart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malas casas, están super mal construidas, estamos viviendo hace un mes en ellas y la coladera del baño esta conectada a la ducha, y la constructora NOORD NO QUIERE RESPONDER POR LAS GARANTIAS, y eso es tan solo uno de los problemas a los que nos estamos enfrentando.
Very bad houses, they are super badly built, we have been living in them for a month and the bathroom drain is connected to the shower, and the NOORD construction company DOES NOT WANT TO RESPOND FOR THE GUARANTEES, and that is just one of the problems that we are facing.
