Nice space, good food but bad service. I'm owner of 3 restaurants and it surprised me that this place has a lot of staff but it seems that they don't know what to do. The place wasn't crowed and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order. The staff moves and talks slowly as if they had missed breakfast.

For a restaurant that charges these prices to not provide internet services to its customers is unconscionable. One of the very few restaurants in Oaxaca sin WiFi…

I agree with the service being a bit slow due to the amount of people there is specially during the weekends. but the food was absolutely delicious!! The staff was also very lovely and friendly. Will definitely returning and return. ?? just be prepared to wait and have patience. Instagram: @simplysaidy

Great cappuccino, waffles were delicious (light & airy), the homemade jam and ice cream was deliciously satisfying.

Very nice bread filled with Nutella ? For lunch I have an enfrijolada with cecina enchilada, not spicy at all. Very nice taste. The place is in the garden so is nice to be breathing fresh air next to that amazing tree. It took a while to give us the check but the rest of the service was just fine.

Really don't know why this place is so highly reviewed. It's nothing special. My americano was way too bitter--I actually couldn't drink it. I ordered a Croque Madame which was pretty awful. The menu seems like over priced junk food. I would recommend eating at the many markets instead of this place. I'm sad I wasted a good meal in Oaxaca!

PAN:AM is a Must for breakfast in Oaxaca city. The bread is baked flawlessly. So delicious. The menu is excellent. The chilaquiles were a little crunchy how I like them and saucy. My cappuccino was delicious. No complaints about the service. Just be sure to get there early as they get really busy. Excellent place to start your day.
