Excellent sourdough bread. Especially the mold. They only accept orders for now two days in advance. They do not have a store as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este pan es delicioso, sabe a yogurt aunque no tiene lácteos. Relación precio calidad, de lo mejor. Maneja pan de caja y campesino. A mí el pan me ha durado hasta 3 semanas en el congelador. Seguro dura más tiempo pero me lo acabo antes.
Está atrás del campo de fútbol por la Alemán.
Lo que me gusta del de caja es que es más sencillo cortarlo y quedan rebanadas más uniformes.

This bread is delicious, it tastes like yogurt although it does not have dairy. Price-quality ratio, the best. He handles box and peasant bread. The bread has lasted me up to 3 weeks in the freezer. I'm sure it lasts longer but I finish it sooner.
It's behind the soccer field on Aleman.
What I like about the box is that it is easier to cut and the slices are more uniform.
P.S. Alfredo is very cool :)
