★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan ya no es el de antes, la panadería pareciera que vive y se mantienes del prestigio adquirido hace algunos años. Hay otras opciones de producto en otros establecimientos quizá no con el mismo precio pero sincon mayor calidad.
The bread is not the same as before, the bakery seems to live and you maintain the prestige acquired some years ago. There are other product options in other establishments, maybe not with the same price but without higher quality.

The bread is very rich, the rolls are crispy I think it still maintains that part of the traditional that is no longer found in other bakeries, for me it is the best bread that can be enjoyed in Pachuca,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to go for Bolillos and Baguettes, but that's about it. They have some basic pantry items in-stock, like milk, sugar, etc. They also recently moved a little coffee station into the bakery, so you can potentially get an espresso, though the quality and experience in that area is...shady. The quality of their other baked goods varies, sometimes a little burnt and sometimes okay. Overall, not a great variety, and the baked goods is definitely not super high-quality. On the bright side, if you just need an Oreja or something to dip in your coffee, this place will suffice.
