★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo tiempo comprando en la panadería, se nota cuando cambian de personal, el pan es diferente. hoy a las 7:30 aprox. a una chica se le cayó el pan al piso y lo volvió a colocar en la charola con todas las demás piezas, le pregunté por qué lo hacia y solo dijo, sí, estoy acomodando, obvio no era así, pensaba dejarlo ahí si nadie le hubiera dicho nada, el mostrador no esta a 10 m de distancia para dejar la pieza apartada. en verdad no se como eligen a su personal, es horrible, no saluda, ni responde, esto ya lleva tiempo sucediendo, hoy en día la atención y cordialidad y sobre todo la HIGIENE ES FUNDAMENTAL PARA MEJORAR EL NEGOCIO.

Lo cierto es que cada que voy por la zona tengo que ir si o si, para conseguir uno de los panes de la cdmx mas ricos con mantequilla.
Anexare la foto de... lo conozco como costra, pero igual otras personas los conocen con otro nombre, pero si llagan a estar buscando pan por la zona vayan y prueben estos.
Hay otros panes aparte de los que publico, pruebenlos todos.
