★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PANA es un atelier de boulangerie artesanal. Durante el día puedes ver a la panadera organizar la mise en place, hacer uso de sus instrumentos y máquinas y amasar en un glorioso tablero.
El pan de ahí es sencillo y sin la molesta parafernalia de la que ya estamos cansados como consumidores, pero eso no quita que el costo de cada pieza sea algo elevado.
Ojalá que PANA tenga una vida más larga que la tendencia que la trajo.
PANA is an artisan boulangerie atelier. During the day you can watch the baker organize the mise en place, make use of her instruments and machines, and knead on a glorious board.
The bread there is simple and without the annoying paraphernalia of which we are already tired as consumers, but that does not mean that the cost of each piece is somewhat high.
Hopefully PANA has a longer life than the trend that brought it about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious artisan bakery that specializes in sourdough bread. I've also found amazing brioche loafs, cinnamon rolls (large and small), banana bread, babka, chocolate cookies. All without the excess sugars and additives that go into industrial bread. They also sell different types of flours, levain and starter kits for baking your own bread.
