Si tienen la suerte de comerse un panecito recien hecho, sabrán a que me refiero.

If you are lucky enough to eat a freshly baked bread, you will know what I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dropping in regularly over the past two months in the later afternoons to buy sweet bread and treats, which we have grown to look forward to! Fresh-baked and a good variety, it was our pleasure this week to discover they also bake buns as well! I have found it difficult to find good, fresh dinner buns for suppers or sandwiches in the area... I believe they are called bolillos/bolillios here! We just never arrived early enough to realize they had them as well! (We went at 3 pm and were fresh out of the oven!) Obviously a fast seller because by 5, they were never any left for us to see! It is not far off the beaten track but definitely worth the visit to this long-established, family-run business!
