Además, el tema de la higiene está en primerísimo orden. En este renglón soy exigente y este lugar me da absoluta confianza. Generalmente puedes ver, hacia adentro, el área donde almacenan y preparan el pan y se puede constatar esto. Conozco y he sabido de lugares cuya higiene es lo de menos. Absolutamente recomendable.
