★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un pastel para 40 personas con una semana de anticipación y no lo tenían listo a la hora pactada, que se tardaban tres horas más en entregarlo.
La fiesta nos quedaba a hora y media de camino.
Tuve que regresar por el y hacer la vuelta de tres horas.
 I ordered a cake for 40 people a week in advance and they didn't have it ready at the agreed time, it took three more hours to deliver it.
The party was an hour and a half away.
I had to go back for it and do the three hour loop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente panadería, área de bebidas muy buena preparación, sabor y costos accesibles. Tiene una pequeña área para comer alimentos (eso le da un plus al lugar). Los paninis excelentes, pareciera q está dura la carne al estar en refrigeración pero cuando los calientan es todo lo contrario. Mala ubicación de cajas ya q la fila para pago pasa muy cerca de algunos productos.
Excellent bakery, drinks area very good preparation, flavor and affordable costs. It has a small area to eat food (that gives the place a plus). The excellent paninis, it seems that the meat is hard when refrigerated but when they are heated it is the opposite. Bad location of boxes since the line for payment passes very close to some products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena panadería y tiene su cafetería dentro. Aunque la Chapata que probé me hizo daño por el exceso de grasa del jamón que manejan. Hay que tener cuidado sobre todo la gente que no puede comer mucha grasa.
En variedad de pasteles está bien aunque hay que ir temprano porque luego se agotan .
La atención es buena aunque podría mejorar.
It is a good bakery and has a cafeteria inside. Although the Chapata that I tried hurt me because of the excess fat from the ham they handle. You have to be careful especially people who cannot eat a lot of fat.
The variety of cakes is good although you have to go early because then they sell out.
The service is good although it could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación para esta panadería "La Esperanza". Qué podría decir de los panes que son muy ricos. Pero muy buen lugar estratégico para tener este panadería. En su apertura pues ha habido mucho movimiento de personas pues todos quieres comer del rico pan que esta franquicia hace. Así que muchas gracias por traer cerca de nosotros esta Panadería pues es agradable saber que puedes ir y pasar por tu pan, pues es en la avenida central de Atizapan Centro. Saludos
Excellent location for this bakery "La Esperanza". What could I say about the breads that are very rich. But a very good strategic place to have this bakery. At its opening there has been a lot of movement of people because everyone wants to eat the delicious bread that this franchise makes. So thank you very much for bringing this Bakery near us because it is nice to know that you can go and get your bread, as it is on the central avenue of Atizapan Centro. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan rico y el lugar limpio. Lo único malo son los empleados, siempre que voy alguno de ellos se está quejando con uno de sus compañeros. Dicen groserías frente a los clientes y tanto las cajeras como la gerente SIEMPRE están de malas. Compro pan ahí desde que abrió, en 2019, y me da la impresión que últimamente han descuidado al personal. Es un buen lugar, pero los mismos empleados ponen el pie para que sea una experiencia satisfactoria.
The rich bread and the clean place. The only bad thing is the employees, whenever I go one of them is complaining to one of his colleagues. They swear in front of customers and both the cashiers and the manager are ALWAYS in a bad mood. I buy bread there since it opened, in 2019, and I get the impression that lately they have neglected the staff. It's a good place, but the employees themselves put their feet up to make it a satisfying experience.
