★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar escondido en la ciudad de Hermosillo, es el mejor pan que he probado en ultimo año y vaya que he probado de muchos lugares(al menos 10 distintos). Verdadero sabor a leña y mantequilla, hacen poco pan abren a las 4 y para las 6 ya casi no queda nada. La gente va desde lejos por sus conchitas de colores o normales. Pero todo el pan esta rico, me he dado a la trea de probar todo en el ultimo mes. El pan virginia tiene un sabor a delicioso que compensa el tamaño un poco aplastado comparado con lo acostumbrado, pero tiene tan buen sabor que lo cambias sin pensarlo. Muy buenas medias noches pero las estrellas definitivamente son las conchitas. Mi personal favorito es el pan de canela y anís que no encuentro en ninguna otra parte, no hacen tanto como las conchitas y vuela mas rapido por eso pocos lo conocen. Cale la pena probarlo. La panadería es chica y suele abarrotarse de gente peleando por el pan.
It is a hidden place in the city of Hermosillo, it is the best bread I have had in the last year and I have tried many places (at least 10 different). The virginia bread has a delicious flavor that compensates for the slightly crushed size compared to the usual, but it has such a good taste that you change it without thinking. Very good midnight but the stars are definitely the shells. My favorite staff is cinnamon and aniseed bread that I can't find anywhere else, they don't do as much as shells and flies faster so few know him. Cale worth a try. The bakery is small and usually crowded with people fighting for bread.
