★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es bueno. Pero no tienen visión para el negocio, abren tarde y cierran temprano. No abren el fin de semana, que es cuando viene gente de fuera, podrían vender mucho más.
The bread is good. But they have no vision for the business, they open late and they close early. They do not open the weekend, which is when people from outside come, they could sell much more.

The best bread I've ever had on the chapala rivera. In San Juan Coxala. Unfortunately the bread comes out very late I think at 6 in the afternoon. But I love mini empanadas for my nieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fresh bolillos are as good as anything you’ll find, anywhere. Regular and 'pan integral.' Don’t come too early though, as they’re often not ready until 8 PM or later. And if you like sweets, the pan dulce here is better than candy.
