Pero creo que el cambio de personal no les sentó muy bien, cada vez son más tacaños con las porciones y esta vez la pechuga de pollo tenía un sabor un poco extraño. Ojalá puedan mejorar eso (:
My brothers and I are frequent customers because the food is usually good and it is the only place that sells healthy food in the area. But I think the change in staff did not suit them very well, they are getting more and more stingy with the portions and this time the chicken breast tasted a bit strange. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era una de mis panaderías favoritas de la zona, porque el pan solía ser del día y está rico. Algunas veces, me ha tocado el pan seco o viejo, pero ese no es el mayor problema, sino que el personal no cumple las reglas sanitarias, ni siquiera con las básicas. No usan cobrebocas, ni guantes y con la misma mano con la que reciben el dinero tocan el pan. Es increíble que a pesar de lo que estamos viviendo en estos momentos, el personal sea así de antihigiénico.
It was one of my favorite bakeries in the area, because the bread used to be of the day and it is delicious. Sometimes, I have had dry or old bread, but that is not the biggest problem, but the staff does not comply with the sanitary rules, not even with the basic ones. They do not wear copper mouths or gloves and with the same hand with which they receive the money they touch the bread. It is incredible that despite what we are experiencing right now, the staff is so unhygienic.
