★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No usan mejoradores para elaborar el pan, los bolillos y teleras no se hacen chiclosos (aún cuando pasen los días), el pan de dulce tiene un sabor muy bueno, pues usan mantequilla. Ni en la Ciudad de México se encuentra este pan. Ojalá nunca cambien en la forma de hacer el pan. Más de 42 años viviendo en la CDMX y ahora aquí en Juquilita vine a encontrar éste pan. Ni la cadena de pan de La Esperanza o El Globo y mucho menos Bimbo se le comparan.
They do not use improvers to make the bread, the rolls and teleras are not made chewy (even when the days go by), the sweet bread has a very good flavor, because they use butter. Not even in Mexico City you can find this bread. Hopefully they never change the way they make bread. More than 42 years living in CDMX and now here in Juquilita I came to find this bread. Neither the bread chain of La Esperanza or El Globo, much less Bimbo, compares to it.
