En octubre de 2019 encargue mi pastel de bodas, se veía parecido a lo que solicité pero cambiaron los sabores del pan y relleno. Me encantan los productos pero quede decepcionada de mi pedido para 300 personas.
The attention is very good. The flavor is standard to all the pastry shops in the chain. In October 2019 I ordered my wedding cake, it looked similar to what I requested but the bread and filling flavors changed. I love the products but I was disappointed with my order for 300 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena panadería, el servicio muy amable y el pan nunca falla en cuanto sabor y calidad, lo único desagradable es la zona y el estacionamiento. Imposible estacionarte en Gustavo Baz sin estorbar y la otra opción es estacionarte muy lejos y caminar por lugares medio feos, pero fuera de eso es una gran panadería.
Very good bakery, very friendly service and the bread never fails in terms of taste and quality, the only unpleasant thing is the area and the parking lot. It is impossible to park in Gustavo Baz without getting in the way and the other option is to park far away and walk through ugly places, but outside of that it is a great bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero reportar por discriminación a la señorita Maritza Martínez Vega de la sucursal Echegaray, hace un momento fui a comprar un pastel y la chica me abordó como si yo fuera delincuente, le pregunté de Manera amable de que era el "crocante de avellana" y ella muy groseramente me respondió "pues crocante de avellana", yo buscaba un pastel pequeño y vi uno de chocolate y le pregunté ese qué tenía y me contestó muy burlonamente "es un pastel vegano". La señorita me seguía con la mirada pero respondía groseramente mis preguntas. Tomé un pastel pequeño del que ya sé la composición porque lo he comprado anteriormente, y la señorita en vez de cobrarme como a todos me dejó en la fila de panadería y ni me dió el ticket. Minutos antes de esto atendió muy amablemente a un caballero. ¿Qué onda con su personal que discrimina y es grosero con los clientes? Ese tipo de personas invitan a no volver a comprar por muy ricos que se estén los pasteles.

I took a small cake whose composition I already know because I've bought it before, and instead of charging me like everyone else, the lady left me in line at the bakery and didn't even give me the ticket. Minutes before this he very kindly attended a gentleman. What's up with your staff that discriminates and is rude to customers? Those kinds of people invite you not to buy again no matter how rich the cakes are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del persona son muy amables, el pan de este lugar en especial es muy bueno. De buen sabor y calidad. Las conchas y el chocolatin son de mis preferidos cuando tengo la oportunidad paso a comprar ahí. También por la mañana sacan croissant lo recomiendo.
