Todo el pan es bueno y de calidad, sus piezas insignia son la empanada paloteada, la sema (la grande), y el picón (grande).
Son los inventores de la primera rosca de reyes rellena en Guadalajara, la cual pueden hacer sobre pedido en cualquier temporada. ¡Y vale la pena probarla!
