Las empanadas dejan mucho que desear; si las empanadas solo son 2 componentes, pan y relleno, y uno de ellos no es bueno, es suficiente razón para que éstas solo sean "medio buenas". No es la primera vez que voy, y están medio crudas de la masa cerca del relleno y casi quemadas de las orillas. Si bien los rellenos no son malos, la simpleza que tienen obligan a esperar más de la masa, la cual no termina de convencer. Quizá (y así lo dejo) la receta está bien, pero el método de cocción sea el que requiera corrección. Their pulque bread is a jewel of this region, yes. Buena atención al cliente. No cuentan con estacionamiento, únicamente en la calle.
