★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la panadería / pastelería más incompetente en nivel de pedidos, el pan y su pastel es bueno, me gusta su sabor pero no tienen nada de profesional.
Van dos ocasiones que encargó pasteles y no cumplen en tiempos de entrega, en la última ocasión me devolvieron el dinero por qué no lo podían entregar, y uno con confianza de que van a entregarte los que pediste.
Me dijeron que fuera a las 12 y después de esperar desde las 12 hasta las 6 de la tarde me dijeron que apenas iba a hacer el pastel. Paso después me devuelven mi dinero y me piden una disculpa.
No tienes forma de quejarte pues no hay teléfono ni administración al cual comunicarte.
No recomiendo para nada hacer pedidos con ellos, y si lo hacen mucha suerte y que les entreguen su encargo.

You have no way to complain because there is no telephone or administration to contact.
I do not recommend at all to order with them, and if they do, good luck and that they deliver their order.
