★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan tradicional chiapaneco (no dejen de probar las morelianas, los rellenos de queso y el marquesote!, no se van a arrepentir) y "moderno" (básicamente lo que es más comercial en otros sitios como los rellenos de crema y mermeladas). Es más caro que en otros sitios, pero también la calidad es mejor.
Traditional chiapaneco bread (don't forget to try the morelianas, the cheese fillings and the marquesote! You will not regret it) and "modern" (basically what is more commercial in other places such as the cream and jam fillings). It is more expensive than other places, but also the quality is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que los panes de éste lugar son los más ricos que he probado. El precio es bastante elevado pero creo que lo vale ya que el sabor que manejan es exquisito. Sin embargo, ya van dos veces que compro y algunos panes ya están duritos y se nota (al momento de comerlos) que no son frescos. Espero resuelvan ese detalle y ojalá también vuelvan a hacer bolillos. Fuera de eso, todo bien, el servicio es excelente.
I consider that the breads of this place are the richest that I have tasted. The price is quite high but I think it is worth it since the flavor they handle is exquisite. However, I have bought twice now and some breads are already hard and you can tell (when you eat them) that they are not fresh. I hope they solve that detail and hopefully they will also make bobbins again. Outside of that, all good, the service is excellent.
