Marqué para reportarlo y saber si me reembolsarían, y la persona que me contestó(GROSERA, ADEMÁS) me dijo que si le llevaba el pastel entero, sí me reembolsaba... ABSURDOOO!! se repartió el pastel a los comensales OBVIAMENTE EN REBANADAS!! y fueron los comensales quienes comentaron que no servía!! PRINCIPALMENTE NIÑOS Y NIÑAS, que no tan fácilmente rechazan una rebanada de pastel!!
La persona con quien hablé dejó la llamada en espera y no me reembolsaron nada, el pastel se fue a la basura, igual que mi dinero!!

Today I bought a 3 milk cake and it was broken!! I dialed to report it and find out if I would be reimbursed, and the person who answered me (RUDE, ALSO) told me that if I brought him the whole cake, he would reimburse me... ABSURD! the cake was distributed to the guests OBVIOUSLY IN SLICES!! and it was the diners who commented that it didn't work!! MAINLY BOYS AND GIRLS, who don't so easily reject a slice of cake!!
The person I spoke to put the call on hold and I didn't get a refund, the cake went in the trash and so did my money!!
AWFUL SERVICE AND ATTENTION!!
