El pan se ornea a diario y a diario se acaba, sin duda por lo delicioso del mismo. La mayoría mantiene un sabor y textura único entre ellos, compartiendo solamente ciertos toques de esencia a naranja y canela. Conchas, cochitos, elotitos, ojo de buey, pan blanco como birote o bolillo, pan virginia. Sin duda mi favorito es el Elote relleno de cajeta, toda una experiencia al paladar tanto recién hecho como si ya se enfrío un poco. Los roles salen alrededor de la 1:30 PM todos los días pero es muy difícil alcanzar por qué se vende muy rápido o ya está todo vendido antes de salir. Very rich bread.
