★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta a sra que atiende y a su hija tratar un poco mejor al cliente. Sus expresiones son incómodas cuando atienden. Parece como si no estuvieran agusto con su trabajo. Quizá falte un curso de capacitación respecto de manejo de stress laboral y atención al cliente. Quiero ser claro. No son groseras sino es cuestión de actitud. El pan que venden es rico en buen sabor, precio y calidad.
Miss who attends and her daughter treat the client a little better. Their expressions are uncomfortable when they attend. It seems as if they were not comfortable with their work. A training course regarding work stress management and customer service may be missing. I want to be clear. They are not rude but it is a matter of attitude. The bread they sell is rich in good taste, price and quality.
