La señora grande que atiende es MUY mal humorada, parece que le molesta atender, contesta de mal modo siempre. No le caería mal una ORIENTACION DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.
The bread is freshly baked, very very rich and soft.
The big lady who attends is VERY bad-tempered, it seems that it bothers her to attend, she always answers in a bad way. You could use a CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.
