I'm from Monterrey, but I come as a tradition every December 25 to Ahuatlan. My wife and daughter are super fans of the picones de Poncitlán. Here at Renteria bakery we always find them freshly made, very warm. Coming to see the grandparents is synonymous with eating pigeons
