Considero que la manera tradicional de llevar el negocio ya no aplica ya que constantemente les regresan canastos con pan no vendido y lo siguen exhibiendo. Han mejorado en evitar la propagación de moscas aunque no las han erradicado y la actitud de algunas señoritas que son dueñas no favorece nuestra recomendación.
There are few hours where they have fresh sweet bread. I believe that the traditional way of running the business no longer applies since baskets of unsold bread are constantly returned to them and they continue to display it. They have improved in preventing the spread of flies although they have not eradicated them and the attitude of some ladies who are owners does not favor our recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizá el pan es rico y variado pero es caro y puedes encontrarte una que otra cucaracha en el mostrador y las niñas jóvenes que te atienden ni les importa matarlas o quitarlas. Les importa más su música del local.
Perhaps the bread is rich and varied but it is expensive and you can find the occasional cockroach on the counter and the young girls who serve you don't even care about killing or removing them. They care more about their local music.
