★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta mucho el sazón de los panes, entiendo que hay gusto de todos y respeto. Lo que no me agrada es que el pan tenga un costo mas elevado que el resto de las panaderías.
I don't really like the seasoning of the breads, I understand that there is everyone's taste and respect. What I don't like is that the bread has a higher cost than the rest of the bakeries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan que se expende aquí es bueno, aunque caro, pero eso bien se puede pasar por alto, dada la calidad. El bolillo es realmente el mejor de San Luis. Lo que es realmente malo, es el servicio. Las personas que atienden no tienen la más mínima vocación de servicio. Son déspotas, altaneros y sucios, desorganizados... Casi nunca hay charolas ni pinzas disponibles para el público, todas las tienen en la sección de la caja. Deberían de capacitarlos más en cuanto al servicio, o contratar a alguien que si tenga interés por atender bien a los clientes. En mi opinión no tienen una adecuada política de atención al público en toda la cadena, pues atienden igual de mal en todas las panaderías que he visitado. No basta con que el producto sea bueno, la atención es igual de importante.
The bread sold here is good, if expensive, but that may well be overlooked, given the quality. The bolillo is truly the best in San Luis. What is really bad, is the service. The people who attend do not have the slightest vocation of service. They are despotic, haughty and dirty, disorganized ... There are hardly ever trays or tongs available to the public, they all have them in the cashier section. They should train them more in terms of service, or hire someone who is interested in serving customers well. In my opinion, they do not have an adequate customer service policy throughout the chain, as they serve equally poorly in all the bakeries I have visited. It is not enough that the product is good, the attention is just as important.
