Por lo regular compro bisquet y bolillo pero el bolillo se endurece mucho de un día para el otro
The bread is compliant but I recommend buying what you are going to eat at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bakery in town. Sweet bread is consumed by the locals either early in the morning or late evening, so be prepared to stay in line during that time. Product flies. Everything is freshly backed. If you're lucky you can see the bakers making it not far from the counter. Their "bolillos" are scrumptious. They are the main reason for those lines. It can happen you get there stay in line and they sell out of that batch and you have to wait for the next one to come out of the oven, believe me, it's worth the wait.
