Fui y me dijeron que como ya están usados no es posible el cambio ni el reembolso, solo los tuve por 2 dias They say that if the tennis is smaller or bigger you can go and have it replaced within 30 days. K	Krake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena variedad de colores y la atención por parte de las chicas que atienden fue super buena, me equivoqué en el tamaño de los tenis que compre y las chicas me apoyaron sin problema, únicamente estuvo el detalle que no tuvieron el mismo modelo y color que habia escogido en mi talla correcta pero me lo cambiaron por otro y me dieron un cupón por la diferencia; me gusto mucho que respetan adecuadamente las medidas de sana distancia Good variety of colors and the attention from the girls who attended was super good, I was wrong in the size of the tennis I bought and the girls supported me without problem, there was only the detail that they did not have the same model and color as there chosen in my correct size but they changed it for another and gave me a coupon for the difference; I really liked that they adequately respect healthy distance measurements
