P	PoemaPagano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza me gustó mucho, se humedeció un poco pero es por que la pedí a domicilio en el local debe de estar crocante. Hace mucho que no probaba una pizza tan bien hecha, ojalá sigan así cuidando la calidad de su queso mozarella, embutidos y la masa. La próxima vez que visite Puebla será obligado comerme una pizza ahí. Segunda pizza y estuvo más deliciosa que la primera, enviaron chile en hojuelas y salsa picante y eso completó la experiencia. El sabor de la masa es muy bueno. Pues ya acudí a la sucursal y la pizza efectivamente es deliciosa ahí, más crocante la masa. Las pastas son una buena opción, el espagueti a la boloñesa está delicioso, pasta al dente, salsa con sabor a vino tinto y jitomate rostizado. La pasta rosa con salmón es muy buena con el toque de cáscara de limón, lo malo es que el salmón ahumado estaba excesivamente salado. Así que amablemente me la cambiaron por una con mariscos la cual es muy recomendable. Las 2 veces que he ido al local el dueño es el único que no trae puesto cubrebocas y la primera ocasión fue muy molesto estar comiendo y que el propietario estuviera fumando, aunque estaba en la mesa tipo barra el viento metía todo el olor a cigarro y eso hizo la experiencia menos grata, fuera de ese detalle el lugar es muy recomendable. It has been a long time since I had tasted such a well-made pizza, I hope they continue to take care of the quality of their mozzarella cheese, cold cuts and the dough. The next time I visit Puebla, I will have to eat a pizza there. Second pizza and it was more delicious than the first, they sent chili flakes and hot sauce and that completed the experience. The taste of the dough is very good. Well, I already went to the branch and the pizza is indeed delicious there, the crust is crunchier. Pasta is a good option, spaghetti Bolognese is delicious, pasta al dente, sauce flavored with red wine and roasted tomato. The pink pasta with salmon is very good with a touch of lemon peel, the downside is that the smoked salmon was excessively salty. So they kindly changed it for me to one with seafood which is highly recommended. The 2 times that I have been to the place, the owner is the only one who does not wear a mask and the first time it was very annoying to be eating and that the owner was smoking, although he was at the bar-type table, the wind blew all the smell of cigarettes and That made the experience less pleasant, apart from that detail the place is highly recommended.

They are made in a real pizza oven (the kind in Italy). My favorite is the margherita. It's a little 'soupy' but you can't beat the flavor! The kids loved the pepperoni. In fact, we ended up ordering 2 more after they gobbled up the 1st one in 5 seconds! Their cucumber and tomato salad was very nice and fresh. My favorite was dessert. Their estrella nutella with strawberry was amazing. Made with the same pizza crust. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. We went again the next week (our last day in Puebla). Do yourself a favor and check this place out! We will be back next time we're in town!
T	Tecguy 122 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and great prices. Not only the pizza, but the pasta as well. There is no best pizza than the one made in a special oven. This place is very relaxing and the number of different pizzas they can do it's plenty to go there each weekend and try one.
