We love Pancho’s in PV. Same great flavor. Staff isn’t as friendly as PV but for the flavor and price, I can deal. It’s actually the only restaurant around Nuevo Vallarta I’d give 5 stars to. I only deducted 1 due to lack of friendliness and we asked for 1 order without cilantro and the waiter ignored the request. Not a language barrier as I speak Spanish and wrote it on the ticket.

The food was absolutely amazing. Really the only thing to order is Al Pastor - absolutely incredible - mind-blowing good. The meat portions are generous. Though the tacos were amazing, I & the kids liked the Al Pastor quesadillas (which are still open-faced, like tacos, but with cheese & larger) even better. Though some in our party felt the meat was sightly dry & preferred the tacos Suadero down the street. The waiter spoke English okay. We waited on a narrow, crowded, tiny sidewalk for about 45m to sit and they called a few Spanish speaking groups ahead of us until I called the host out on it. The employees weren't that nice, except for Pepe. The place isn't run very efficiently, especially considering how busy it is & this is a satellite location to the original in Puerto Vallarta. Everything costs like 20 - 30 pesos ( about $1 or $2). You wait about 15m for food. No chips & salsa here (or anywhere). Found out that it is possible to order take-out.

Pictures and ratings looked good so we went here. I was disappointed. Salsas are not great. No cebollitas or chile. There was a side order option for cebollitas, but they didnt have any. Tacos de asada and chicken were not good. But, my brother inlaw said the al pastor meat had good flavor.

Great little taco place which is already well known. They don't have much on the menu which is vegan (cebollitas are grilled small onions which are great) but if you ask they will make something (they made quesongos without the cheese for me so it was delicious mushroom tacos).

The place smelled amazing. The tortillas were fresh, the pork beautifully crispy on the outside, the salsas powerfully flavorful (my favorite was the spicy mango jicama one) and of course anything involving cerdo al pastor was phenomenal. I didn't try them, but others reported that the volcanes were seriously delicious.

These must be the best tacos I’ve had in all of Mexico. And I’ve been to many places in Mexico. Tacos are my weakness. I’ll have a few here and there to try and that was my intention at this place until I tried my first ones. I ended up eating 10 tacos and I’ll be back for more before my vacation here is over. A definite must for anyone who enjoys a good taco. My wife, the marathon runner, 2 taco limit, salad, baby spinach eater... had 7 tacos herself!

This place has excellent tacos if you are any where around the area you need to make the trip. The tacos of bistec and alpastor are delicious. There grilled onions and guacamole starters are also a must. They have three different hot sauces but if you don't like spicy stay away from the orange one it is hot.
